Advanced Knitting Series: These classes will allow you to pick & choose from a variety of techniques to add to your collection. Each night we will make a swatch to practice a new skill. Take all three classes for $45, or drop-in for $20 a class. Teacher: Angie Hay

Drop Spindle Spinning: Make your own yarn using a drop spindle, one of the oldest and least expensive spinning tools. $20. Teacher: Angie Hay
Thursday, May 15, 6 – 8 PM
Beginning Knitting: Learn all the basics of knitting in this four week session – how to cast on, bind off, knit, purl, create and identify garter and stockinette stitch, and work in the round. Note: Please register early, as class size will be limited. 4 weeks, $45. Teacher: Rhonda Edwards.
Saturdays, May 24, May 31, June 7 & June 14, 10 AM – 12 PM
Spinning Wheel Spinning: Make your own yarn using a spinning wheel, one of the fastest tools available to a handspinner. Learn the parts of your wheel and how to work with it to make the yarn you want. $20. Note: Please register early, as class size will be limited to allow space for wheels. Spinning wheels will not be provided.

June Classes
Socks! Socks! Socks! Don’t be intimidated! Once you get the hang of it, sock knitting is easy, portable and fun, and sock yarns are a delight. This class will teach you the basics. If you do your homework, you’ll have one sock done when the class is finished. 4 weeks, $45. Teacher: Angie Hay
Tuesdays, June 3, 10, 17, 24, 6 - 8 PM
Clapotis: This drop-stitch, bias scarf has been wildly popular with knitters ever since it debuted on Knitty in 2004. In fact, there are 461 pages devoted to it on Ravelry! Join the crowd - make one for yourself. 2 weeks, $30. Teacher: Angie Hay

Class policies
- We offer our students a 10% discount on the purchase of class supplies.
- Pre-payment is suggested to reserve your spot in class.
- If a class is cancelled by us, any pre-paid student will receive a full refund for the cost of the class.
- Pre-paid students who decide to cancel must contact the store 48 hours before the start of the class to receive a refund. Teachers are not responsible for offering make-up classes.
